Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

ADP is hiring a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. The Marketing Cloud Email Specialist role requires the use of sound judgment with regular decision-making responsibilities in determining how to achieve the goals of the project. Problems encountered may involve scheduling issues, data issues, difficulties with calculations, and quality assurance problems. While following the internal project management guidelines, this level of judgment and decision-making in resolving these problems is crucial to meeting client expectations and publishing effective communications.

Technical (35%)

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud - design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs
• Experience with identifying data requirements, and validating accuracy and integrity of data
• Deliver on-demand reporting and analyzing performance metrics

Communication (35%)

• Vet and consult all requests, considering stakeholder objectives, with internal partners to determine communication requirements
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders in developing external communications while offering insightful guidance on best practices
• Partner with writers for content development and analyst for data criteria
• Ensure stakeholders and partners are updated timely on all deliverables

Project Management (30%)

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and functional specifications
• Work under limited supervision to manage project timeliness and risks
• Gather information necessary to make decisions
• Anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Workfront experience is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent in education and experience
• At least two years of work experience with Marketing Cloud
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
• Strong focus on client service
