We are expanding our data analytics team on this project and seek talented professionals to serve as Management Consultant Data Analysts.
This position will be primarily remote, but candidates should be able and willing to travel to New York to provide support to meet client needs as needed.
Position Overview:
This position requires a high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and communication skills to support the sustainment and refinement of ongoing data reporting and visualizations, and the design and development of new data analytics initiatives.
In this position, we are seeking:

  • Excel superusers with high attention to detail who can help compile and analyze data sets to identify operational trends and inefficiencies.
  • Critical thinkers and strong communicators who can distill the consequences and "so what" of the data into products that can be actioned by leadership; and
  • Data evangelists who understand the importance of engaging with their non-technical counterparts to understand the operational context of the data.
  • In this role, the candidate must be able to.
  • Clean, organize and manage large data sets collected by field personnel.
  • Analyze complex and/or large data sets using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Create visualizations from existing data sets to support decision-making.
  • Interface with technical and non-technical audiences to build consensus on data solutions and address project issues.
In this role, candidates must have:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Four (4) or more years of professional experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of data analysis experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
In this role, candidates might also have:
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of QuickBase.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
