This role is responsible for:
* Time & Labor Management
o Coordinating with building managers to ensure accurate timekeeping in UltiPro for all labor, including updating timecards based on area manager's instructions.
o Coordinating with building managers to ensure labor levels fulfill all warehousing needs, including temporary and CTL positions.
o Creating, analyzing, and distributing labor reports on a monthly basis or as needed.
o Creating, monitoring, and maintaining all Ultimate Software profiles for temporary employees within the building.
o Orienting all new warehouse labor.
o Monitoring the compliance of warehouse rules and policies within the building and issuing warnings as necessary.
o Supporting the administration of the random drug and alcohol testing program.
o Training new management on how to review, approve, and edit timecards in UltiPro.
o Communicating with temporary agencies all performance feedback of all temporary staff.
* Safety & Security
o Checking-in all labor to verify identification and bag compliance.
o Changing the administrator password on the alarm system every quarter.
o Coordinating with all building managers to document and report all building incidents and injuries.
o Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all, including reporting dangers or repairs to the Maintenance team.
* Document Management
o Managing all documentation and certification administration for forklift training.
o Coordinate with the building managers to maintain all training records for warehouse staff.
o Advising on all QMS documents and processes as it relates to warehouse orientation and training documents.
o Maintain documentation for all disciplinary warnings.
o Reviewing and verifying the following QMS forms daily.
 F-0006 Driver Check-In Form
 F-0020 Cleaning Schedule
 F-0021 Maintenance
 F-0043 Equipment Checklist
o Completing the F-0069 End of Day Form.
* Support Facilities Manager in overseeing the day-to-day performance and job duties of the Cleaning team
