Les équipes de cette activité contribuent à la collecte, au tri, au démantèlement, au recyclage, à la valorisation et la commercialisation de nouvelles ressources et des services spécialisés sur sites et industriels.

The Operation Cyber Security Leader will be responsible for execution towards delivering high quality, reliable and economical security solutions for SUEZ's Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS). The role is expected to provide technical and analytical support to the WTS IT leadership for the migration from GE, integration to Suez and future state for the business. The environment currently consists of global applications, hardware, networks, and operations across 35 global plants, supporting over 7500 employees and customers. The individual will work with teams across Suez WTS IT and will work closely with the Suez NA and Suez HQ teams and key suppliers, to build and leverage technical strategies, tools, processes and procedures.

We are seeking a hands-on, self-starter, who can work dynamically across teams in support to the CISO, and in collaboration with our Managed Security Services Provider, in delivering and managing security initiatives, assessing and enhancing current security systems, and driving the organization's future infrastructure towards delivering exceptional business value. The successful candidate is expected to be a strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, who is well organized and thrives in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios; an experienced security professional who is self-motivated and driven to accomplish company initiatives; one who takes pride in his/her work and works relentlessly to drive business value and advance customer outcomes. Multi-tasking, good interpersonal skills and strong working relationships with the global business partners required, as well as strong communication and administrative skills. In addition, this individual must have the mentality and discipline of a Project Manager and be able to work in challenging scenarios which may take you off the task at hand.

This position reports directly to the WTS Chief Information Security Officer and will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring enterprise security infrastructure is maintained
  • Planning, implementing, and upgrading security measures and controls
  • Establishing plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction
  • Maintaining data and monitoring security access
  • Performing vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
  • Conducting internal and external security audits/risk assessments (Third Party Risk Assessments)
  • Managing intrusion detection and prevention systems
  • Analyzing security breaches to determine their root cause
  • Making recommendations of appropriate tools and countermeasures
  • Training fellow employees in security awareness and procedures
  • Coordinating security plans with outside vendors
  • Planning and/or operationalizing a rigorous third-party risk management process

Required

  • At least 5 years of experience with AV/SPAM/Malware software, IDS/IPS, firewalls and content filtering
  • 5+ years of experience with risk assessment tools, technologies and methods
  • At least 5 years of experience designing secure networks, systems and application architectures
  • At least 5 years of experience with disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods
  • 5+ years of experience communicating security issues to peers and management
  • At least 5 years of experience with endpoint security solutions to include: IDS/IPS, File Integrity Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention
