The Implementation Manager is responsible for after sale service. They are responsible for configuring the product in a way that promotes the long-term success of the customers investment. The ultimate goals are promoting customer success, by ensuring the customer adopts the software, and customer retention.

  • Responsible for managing multiple complex projects at a time.
  • Be point of contact following sale and customer signed approval.
  • Set up kick off meetings with customers to explain on-boarding process, timelines, and expectations, through web conferences.
  • Ultimately responsible for getting customer data integrated into the software.
  • Build, deliver, and execute a project plan.
  • Identifying issues and effectively pivoting to keep the project moving forward.
  • Teach customers best practices for data collection and delivery.
  • Providing best practices and trainings of the services to integrate with client's existing workflows.
  • Format and validate data that is provided by the customer, so that it can be imported into their database.
  • Be point of contact during on-boarding period and responsible for the successful implementation of the customer.
  • Be responsive and deliver high quality and friendly customer support.
  • Understand the various needs and requirements of customers coming from different industries (healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Manage and report customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Providing documentation and support for the Sales and Customer Support teams.
  • Be proactive in managing implementations. Do not wait for the customer to send data, if they are late or falling behind, be assertive and keep them on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess project scope and customer requirements to build out project deliverables and timeline.
  • Conduct workshops to guide customers through configuration options and present best practice solutions.
  • Validate and understand customer data, site configuration, data input, documentation, and task management.
  • Product knowledge growth and skill improvement through internal training opportunities and self-learning.
