Essential Job Functions:

  • The HVAC Business MGR is responsible for their business strategy and execution, including the Resource plan, Product plan, Marketing plan, and Sales plan
  • Manage the HVAC Program Director.
  • Manage the HVAC independent sales reps.
  • Grow HVAC sales and profitability within defined markets.
    • Identify and build relationships with key distributors and contractors and other influencers
    • Quantify and track opportunities by maintaining a funnel through CE in D365.
    • Be a conduit of information to the company by continually assessing market needs and requirements and monitoring the competitive landscape.
  • Maximize independent rep coverage within defined markets
    • Understand landscape of existing rep organizations operating within defined markets
    • Upgrade existing reps as necessary
    • Fill empty geography within defined markets with reps that meet our criteria
  • Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow air treatment sales:
    • Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
    • Develop and implement Action Plans with these targeted distributors
    • Identify Target HVAC Contractors in market
    • Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
      • Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
      • Support the Contractor's Business Development
      • Build network of Certified Healthy Home System Contractors
