Human Resource Specialist

Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a company that is looking for a Human Specialist position. In this role, you'll will support the Contingent Workforce Program. You will communicate with internal customers and vendor partners regarding all aspects of the program. Your main responsibility is being the primary point of contact who will receive and respond to inquiries and transact requests pertaining to their VMS system, VNDLY, and HCM, Workday. You will also be responsible for operational process ownership and ongoing audits.

Job Duties:

• Manages the Contingent Workforce shared inbox and ensures that telephone calls, emails, and chats are responded to in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for responding to, acting on and redirecting incoming requests ensuring timely, accurate clear and concise information.
• Performs background research, troubleshooting and follow-up activities needed to resolve requests that cannot be resolved at the time of initial contact.
• Maintains current documentation of CWP operational process and procedures.
• Identifies opportunities for and participates in process improvement and development.
• Determines when appropriate to escalate situations to more senior staff.
• Performs HR administration transactions in VNDLY and Workday, and other applications.
• Responsible for vendor-set up and coordination of welcome, orientation on on-going support calls with vendors involved in the VNDLY
• Provides back-up coverage for pre-boarding and on-boarding of contingent workers as needed
