In this role, you will manage and execute HR's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and leadership programs. You will lead enterprise HR program initiatives through consultation and project management, driving long-term, scalable solutions. Partner with project stakeholders to execute a program implementation strategy, operationalizing programs and implementing programs that are integrated into all of HR's talent strategies.
Manage the project timeline and milestones for program implementation ongoing.
Provide ongoing communication to program participants for various program elements, including pre-work, post-work, session logistics, and assessments.
Manage the participant selection process in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Launch and manage participant completion of assessments for programs.
Apply adult learning principles with participants and managers to ascertain satisfaction levels, evaluate progress, and enable reinforcements post program.
Partner in the creation of change plan and act as a change agent while implementing programs.
Recommend solutions for continuous improvement of the HR program experience and enhance HR programs if they do not provide the right level of expected return.
Provide coaching and support to junior level employees on projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 4 years' HR or business related program/project management experience
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically)
Minimum 1 year of experience executing leadership assessments
Ability to analyze data to infer insights and make data driven decisions
Excellent consulting, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong executive presence and experience in executive level program-related communication
Project management and coordination within in agile framework
Proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to drive initiatives to fruition
Ability to develop and manage relationships and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
