Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR Director
Key job responsibilities include:
- Full cycle talent recruitment to meet our company's growth needs.
- Manage multiple outside vendors, including recruiting agencies and benefit providers.
- Administration of benefit and 401(k) plans.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare analyses and reports on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Employee Resources experience, two or more at the management level.
- The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
