A Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality service offered to guests. This is achieved by managing reservations, registration, and guest accounting. The Supervisor must keep Front Desk Agents informed of all new policies and procedures, as well as help hire and train new associates at the front desk.
Other duties include: Preparing department schedules; Generating reports; Resolving service challenges; Assisting with projects as assigned by the General Manager. The Supervisor will also be trained to perform the Night Auditor functions. Work shifts and hours vary, weekend and holiday hours are required.Experience:
Prior hotel / hospitality and customer service experience (2 years required)
Prior supervisory experience (1 year required)
Positive Attitude (required)
A passion for personal and group-based success, strong communication skills, and the ability to work at a high level while under pressure (required)
