The Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus / OSU located in the Upper Arlington area of Columbus, OH is now seeking Front Desk Agents to join our team!

• The Front Desk Agent provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests.
• Main duties include: Checks guests in upon arrival; Checks guests out upon departure; Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements; Makes room reservations over the phone; Provides information and services to guests and visitors; Assists with luggage; Delivers essential items to guest rooms.
• Typical work shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.
• Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

• Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
• Prior Hilton experience, computer / excel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
