Job Title: Hospice LPN
Details: 8-week assignment with the potential to extend. Days currently available, would be 5x8hr shifts/week Monday-Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active MO or compact LPN license
- Hospice experience
- HCHB experience preferred
