Description: The Judge Group is currently searching for an ARNP to provide Home Visits for our client, located in Prescott, AZ!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home based visits/telehealth video visits
- Provide medical evaluations and treatment services
- Responding to emergencies and answering medical questions
- Obtaining and documentation of patient information
- Providing patient education
- Work closely with other members of care team
- ARNP with 3+ years experience working in outpatient clinical practice
- Home based practice a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Comfortable making clinical decisions
- Previous home health, palliative/hospice ideal
