About the job:

The Home Health Aide role is to ensure that our residents receive daily nursing care and activities of daily living. Full Time and Part Time positions available for the following shifts:
  • Morning: 7a-3p (7 days on/ 7 days off)
  • Morning: 8a-4p (3 days per pay period)
  • Evening: 3p-11p (7 days on/ 7 days off)
  • Evening: 4p-8p (Rotating weekends)
  • Overnight: 11p-7a (5 days per pay period)
Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Ability to read, write, carry out directions, and work independently.
  • Demonstrate dependability, tact, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident care skillfully.
  • Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
  • Compliance with vaccination mandate.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the long-term care setting preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
Upon being hired, you will be asked to provide proof of your COVID vaccination or you may complete an exemption application for medical or religious reason. We care about the safety and health of all our residents and staff. To help keep everyone safe, we have implemented COVID-19 protocols.

Essentials:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Administer and/or assist with medication or treatments.
  • Document care or observations appropriately.
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks.
  • Able to serve meals to residents.
  • Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
  • Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
