Objective of Position: Assists users in resolving problems through diagnoses and discussion.

Takes the necessary steps to research, isolate and resolve problems.The Help Desk Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk experience in a large corporate environment, have supported a minimum number of 1000 employees
  • Exposure to variety of mobile devices iOS / Android devices / Tablets
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10, Office 365,
  • Providing excellent customer serviceto our employees; primarily by phone, Microsoft Outlook/Teams
  • Daily phone support & ticket updates to the point of resolution.
  • Working with the team members to provide continual service improvement of our service desk processes and knowledge base
  • Consistent communication between other groups within our department to provide quality support
  • Effectively redirectsoftware/hardware related issues to the proper team on-site
  • Advanced research skills and the ability to utilize internet-based tools/resources
  • Assess competing priorities, display self-reliance, and own issues to resolution
  • Previous experience with banking platforms
  • Ensures that all users are following correct electronic banking/information security procedures, As well as performs basic security functions as required
  • Exposure to : Current technology includes Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory Environment, Microsoft Teams

  • Two(2) or more years ofTeller platformexperience
  • Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of technical issues and identify practical resolution(s)
  • Ability to work well with users and other employees as well as manage relationships, motivate, and assist customers at various levels
  • Ability to prioritize work and be detailed orientated
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • ExposuretoWindows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Must be willing to work some Saturdays
  • Admin will also be assigned to work afterhours support for 2 months out of the year.
