SUMMARY
Under general direction, assists in performing specific tasks and coordinating activities pertaining to the Hospital Quality Reporting Program (QRP). The activities include, but are not limited to, providing assistance, and educating to providers regarding the CMS Hospital QRP requirements via the QR help line, live chat and question & answer tool. Assisting the Program Leads and staff with developing training materials, review and update web site content, technical assistance, presentations, deliverables, meeting agendas and minutes, and other tasks as assigned. Project deadlines may necessitate occasional extended work hours.

Essential Competencies, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Project Director and Program Leads assisting with managing and tracking tasks and deliverables.
  • Provides coverage for the QRP help line to assist customers with questions related to the QRP requirements.
  • Provides support to the Program's Subject Matter Experts in developing tools, educational presentations, web-site content review and research.
  • Assists with Technical Assistance inquiries and responses.
  • Assists with development of educational tools and material for the provider community.
  • Assists in developing written reports and deliverable documents.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve project processes and suggest improvements.
  • Participates in stakeholder and team meetings, and produce agendas and minutes as needed.
  • Assist in identification of educational needs of the provider community.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

    Compensation: 52,000 - 65,000

      Education and/or Experience

      • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or another related field, preferred.
        Other Qualifications
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
        • Proficient in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
