Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs grounds and landscape maintenance at multiple Company and contract locations, and drives to work sites.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs grounds/landscape maintenance services in a professional manner, providing neat, attractive appearance; duties include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, and irrigation repairs.
  • Maintains all landscape equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established operating procedures.
  • Maintains landscape supply inventory, anticipating needed supplies and notify supervisor when supply order is needed, to avoid delays in performing service.
  • Interacts cooperatively with customers.
  • Works cooperatively with team members, to accomplish duties in the most efficient, effective manner.

    • Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
    • Required to travel extensively (> 50% of the time).
    • Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
