Title: Government - Instructional Designer, Contract
Reports to: Program Manager
Job Summary
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for building a catalog of learning modules across multiple modalities (classroom, live online, on-demand) to meet the specific subject matter requirements of a fast-paced and matrixed federal organization.
The Instructional Designer will serve on-site at Capitol Hill for a six-month period with the potential for extension based on performance and report directly to an off-site Program Manager at FranklinCovey while functionally taking daily direction from the organization’s Director, Staff Academy.
A strong background in instructional design is desired as well as the flexibility, agility, and high level of personal organization required to meet the needs of a fast-paced organization with a high volume of stakeholders with varying interests.
