Operations Specialist - Waltham, MA- REMOTE
We are working with a investment management firm in Waltham that is looking for an Operations Specialist on temporary basis. This person will be responsible for handling account transactions on brokerage accounts. This includes depositing checks into accounts, processing payments, resolving failed trades, and various projects. In addition the Operations Specialist will work closely with internal departments to handle client reporting and solve discrepancies on client accounts.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree and previous internship or work experience in financial services operations, investments, or banking.
