LexisNexis Risk Solutions has a great opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing and fast-moving Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Payments team for North America. This is an award-winning team that has experienced growth in the past two years.

The field marketing manager is responsible for initiating and executing innovative marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand and foster customer retention for our market-leading Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Payments solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

The successful candidate will collaborate with sales to identify and understand target market needs, develop regional/local marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across functional areas to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

Must have strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of developing and executing field marketing campaigns, creating demand gen programs, and working cross-functionally. In this role you will need to thrive on building relationships with sales teams, must be an exceptional leader with strong partnering skills, possess a keen understanding of lead development and program execution, and be fluent in a metrics-driven organization.

The position reports to the Director of Marketing for the Business Services FCC and Payments division.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact on the development and execution of U.S./Canada regional FCC and Payments marketing programs including account-based marketing.
  • Interlock with sales teams to create distinct regional marketing plans that focus on pipeline building or acceleration programs.
  • Research, choose, design and manage region or local live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs and work with market planning to develop tools, training, and content.
  • Work closely with demand gen and digital teams to develop marketing campaigns and account-based marketing programs in support sale goals at a target account level.
  • Develop internal communication such as newsletter articles, email alerts and presentations to stakeholders including market planning and sales.
  • Develop project plans for marketing programs, manage and track campaign deliverables, and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Manage several programs simultaneously.
  • Measure, interpret and report campaign performance results and provide ongoing recommendations for metrics improvements.
  • Act as a trusted and strategic marketing advisor to the in-region sales leaders you support.
  • Understand the business supported and make tactical and operational recommendations and decisions.
  • Align expenses according to monthly forecast.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven B2B field marketing experience and demonstrated success in creating and managing integrated lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing programs.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; actual sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management acumen. Comfortable documenting and creating new processes.
  • Provide insights about customers and the marketplace that become inputs for regional and global teams and help establish a strong foundation for program development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
  • A take-charge, self-motivated person capable of leading initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven understanding of and experienced in lead generation programs including use of marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with content development and management.
  • Experience with agency management and creative oversight.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Thrives on building relationships with sales teams.
  • Highly organized and meets deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed sales organization.
  • Strong consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with sales.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua, Basecamp, Clarizen, Smartsheet, Highspot, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet savvy.
