Hays Facilities Management has partnered with a high-end art company, to seek out a Facility Manager to oversee their storage and logistics buildings for valuable artworks.

Your new role
The job duties for Facilities Manager will include among others:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, fire prevention systems, and HVAC systems
• Communicating all updates and work orders in a timely fashion
• Manage incoming vendors/contractors
• Exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors

What you'll need to succeed
The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Knowledge of HVAC, EPA, and storage unit maintenance.
• 4 or more years of experience in Facilities Management
• Schedule flexibility (on-call for occasional nights and weekends)
• Management over 2 sites (South San Francisco and Livermore, CA)
