Executive Assistant to $115K Base!
An education software company is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support two prominent executives in a visible and dynamic role! In this role, you will plan and execute both executives communications strategy and support the organizational strategic mission, manage their external communications for customer/partner engagements, shape and influence the organization culture and work environment, schedule and coordinate complex meetings, manage projects and deliverables, manage expense reporting, complete projects and special assignments as needed, and more. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, ten or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic, corporate environment supporting senior level executives, is proficient in calendar management, and is self-motivated to act independently and prioritize appropriately. This is an exciting role with lots of visibility in the company.
