Embedded Software Engineer *Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++, Linux, Python*
*Job Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)*
*Job Salary: $140k -165k + Stock + Bonus*

Based in Redmond, WA, we offer ground-breaking technology and redefining wireless power. Our patented smart antenna technology automatically keeps multiple devices charged without any user intervention, enabling an efficient and truly wire-free, powered-up world, that is always on and always connected. Due to growth, we are looking to add a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to our team! Must have skills include Embedded Software development using C/C++, Linux, & Python.

Wireless communications and BLE experience is a huge plus!

If you are an Embedded Software Engineer with 3+ years experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing - Work directly with the other Embedded Software engineers and Electrical/RF/Systems Test Engineers to write needed software
- Design and implement software on embedded CPUs with multiple OS such as FreeRTOS, TI-RTOS and embedded Linux
- Use compilers, debuggers revision control, and automated build systems
- Design/develop components of software platform for use by other developers to extend its capabilities and build custom applications/behavior on top
- Develop build methodologies, debugging tools/utilities
- Develop and release software using Agile methodology
- Write unit tests and support continuous integration and automated test methodology
- Provide technical guidance; support and educate team members and coworkers on software use
- Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement product and processes
- Consult with peers for feedback during debug/testing stages
- Document and maintain design processes
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *

1.) 3+ years of experience developing Embedded Software
2.) Experience in C/++ programming language
3.) Experience with Python
4.) Experience with Linux (Yocto or similar)
5.) BS in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science field

*Nice to have skills: *

1.) Wireless communications experience
2.) Bluetooth Low Energy experience
3.) knowledge of IoT
