If you are someone who thrives in a complex global environment, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is an expert at coaching and advising leaders, we want you to help expand our internal client services model globally.

This position will:

· Lead and develop a team of in-region or site communications professionals focused on ensuring our corporate communications strategy is effectively localized and meets the needs of our diverse employee population.

· Develop and implement the regional communications client services model based on corporate framework.

· Partner with HR and our executive and functional communications team to define and deliver a global commercial internal communication strategy.

· Act as internal communications advisor to global commercial leaders, helping them to achieve their business and communications objectives.



In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:

· Demonstrated leadership presence and experience consulting, advising, and fostering trusted relationships with C-Suite executives.

· Team-player attitude.

· Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task, and work cross-functionally.

· 8-plus years of experience leading global high-performing teams.

· 15-plus years of related work experience with Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations background preferred.

· Degree in English, communications, or similar field preferred.

· Advanced degree and background in medical device/health care industry preferred.

· Must be able to travel.
