Brother's Customer Experience Center (CXC), whose mission is: "We will provide Brother prospects and customers with an awesome at-your-side experience, making them passionate, valuable fans for life." The CXC will be a centralized team, servicing all of Brother's business units, helping to maximize both sales results and CX-related efficiencies.

The Director, Digital Campaigns & Search will lead customer acquisition marketing activities - covering awareness and consideration phases of the customer journey. At its heart, the Director's mission is to get interested parties (primarily) to our website, in order to ultimately drive conversions to sales. By enhancing our organic search results (SEO), efficiently utilizing paid search (SEM), and running creative, effective digital campaigns, the Director will help business units drive customer acquisition and sales.

The Director, Digital Campaigns & Search will need to work closely with CXC colleagues, IT resources, Brother business units and external agencies in order to succeed.


Digital Campaigns & Strategy

  • Continuously evolve our strategy across all paid media based on results and insights
  • Drive improvements and optimize through scalable, efficient processes that always maximize resources
  • Develop a strategy for ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and other settings to ensure an always on test & learn mindset
  • Develop the business case and growth strategy for our digital marketing campaigns and customer acquisition
  • Develop targeted marketing action plans that clearly define goals, objectives, schedules, and assignments necessary to reach growth goals.
  • Analyze performance data, report on results, and spend recommendations using strategy based findings
  • Manage budget and expense for all campaigns and activations
  • Create, maintain, and execute a process for managing daily budgets across channels
  • Maintain complete ownership of campaigns: intimate knowledge of keywords, audiences, budget, and creative

Paid Search (SEM), Organic Search (SEO), & Acquisition

  • Manage paid digital acquisition channels, including but not limited to: Display, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting, Direct Mail and SEO
  • Set the company's customer acquisition strategy and guide execution
  • Create and communicate reports for business unit customers and upper management to drive improvements in paid and organic search results and efficiency
  • Oversee all campaign and search strategies, including digital marketing, targeted campaigns, lead conversion and new customer acquisition

CXC Leadership

  • Lead and coach team members
  • Assist with driving group strategy, culture, communication and progress
  • Active participation as a key member of the CXC leadership team, valuable insights, and experiences relevant to long and short-term company success


Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience required) in Marketing or Communications


Minimum 10 years

  • Experience managing and developing a digital marketing team
  • Experience working cross functionally with various departments

Licenses and Certifications

  • Google Analytics


  • Knowledge of Google Ads Search
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Google Ads Display
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team
  • Ability to build reports, analytics, and generate insights
