Title: Digital Platform & Technical Support - Internal Candidates Only

Job Summary
You will be working on the Global Partner Enablement (GPE) team, Enterprise Division, FranklinCovey Co. As an integral part of the GPE Team, this role ensures that the FranklinCovey Global Partner network is being provided the highest quality support regarding our digital platforms and support systems.
*The GPE Team is a virtual team with members based in several different countries around the globe.
Essential Job Functions
Working as part of a small team you will need to have a strong character with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Our role is to serve the Global Partners as well as act as a conduit with other departments within the Enterprise Division. This means you need to have a customer service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively, in a tactful and diplomatic way.
You need to be patient, are self-assured in your capabilities and are willing to learn. As a professional support team, we value self-motivation, a professional attitude, flexibility, fun, and that you are able to work with us in a high stress, fast moving environment.
You are tech savvy. You are proficient with technology - a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and an active interest in learning to use new tools and electronic systems in a short time frame with limited guidance.
You are aware of geographical/ political/ cultural sensitivities. As well as having a valid passport and an ability to commit to travel globally for the needs of the business.
