Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Digital Content and Marketing Specialist

Position type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 7 months
Location: Piscataway, NJ
As a Digital Content and Marketing Specialistyou will:
Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office
This will be through the end of the year with a chance to extend or convert to perm

Job Summary
In a dynamic, team-oriented business environment, this position provides content development for Meetings Conferences and Events digital presence, communications, and promotions. This position is primarily responsible for copy writing, visual development, business presentation development and editing of monthly communications, delivered through multiple communication channels including internal communications, direct marketing, and social media.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Execution of multiple communications via corresponding communications systems
• Developing content for the MCE Customer Experience and related programs and communications
• Content development and storytelling Meetings, Conferences and Events web presence
• Assembling a digital asset library for multiple organizational uses
• Creating infographics
• Responsible for multiple communications and marketing projects and initiatives
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent experience Req

Work Experience

• 2-4 years Related work experience in digital marketing and/or communications, with proven experience in digital communications, and analytics reporting
• Demonstrated use of marketing systems and social media platforms
• SEO experience desirable

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communications
• Expertise in current marketing communications systems
  Excellence in project management
  Graphic design skills a plus
  Strong attention to detail
  Demonstrated use of social media and digital communications systems
• Ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines
  Technology savvy
• Desire to work in a multi-faceted, global environment

The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years of experience in Digital Content creation and Marketing

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range$30/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
