ZS's Real World Data & Insights Team is a venture team within ZS tasked with enabling business transformation by leveraging real world patient data to drive differentiated patient outcomes and to enhance customer engagement. The group uses real world patient data, applies advanced analytics, AI, and management sciences to experiment, implement, and scale ideas & solutions.

Our venture is enabling life sciences business transformation by leveraging real-world patient data to improve patient outcomes and enhance customer engagement. We achieve this by creating differentiated and scalable solutions that are built on our deep experience and partnerships in healthcare, consulting, technology, and data science.

DECISION ANALYTICS MANAGER/ Real World Data & Insights Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage Real World Data Strategy through product lifecycle aligning evidence generation across clinical, commercial, medical, and regulatory needs.
• Deep expertise in working with identifiable patient data and regulatory knowledge of HIPAA. Knowledge of GDPR and other similar regulations globally is preferable
• Experience of working with patient anonymization and tokenization techniques and software like Datavant, Healthverity etc.
• Help formulate vision, strategy, and development of innovative real-world data-enabled solutions and products integrating various patient level data sources within compliance frameworks
• Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship to help understand, conceptualize and implement projects that require integration of patient data from multiple 1st , 2nd and 3rd party data sources
• Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior team members within ZS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in a quantitative related major
• 7-10 years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experience working with cross-functional teams, conducting analytics, and/or building products
• Experience with Real World Data sources including understanding of data structures, challenges, data quality challenges
• Ability to work with identifiable patient data (PHI and/or GDPR data sets)
• Experience in patient data tokenization, anonymization and mastering techniques
• Experience to work with senior client stakeholders to create business cases and extract business value from integration of various real world data sources
• Experience to create business and technical architecture to manage and integrate real world data sources
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, analytics, planning and leadership skills

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
