Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) is seeking applicants for their Dean of Arts and Sciences located at its main campus in Walla Walla, Washington. This position will be a service-oriented leader with the ability to mentor new faculty, support expertise of long-term faculty, and bridge the two, bringing faculty together as a cohesive team. The Dean will possess demonstrated skill and ability in maximizing the expertise of academic staff and faculty and weaving together varying degrees of experience. Seasoned judgment, budget management, and relationship building will be critical for the successful Dean of Arts and Sciences. Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000. Applications due June 12, 2023.
