BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst in United States.

Role: Data AnalystLocation: Bellevue, WA 98004 (Remote)Duration: 9+ Months Job Description:Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards and data sources to meet and go beyond customer requirements
• Access and assess data trends, and periodically publish the results to all customers and stakeholders
• Generate Weekly reports, dashboards, and act as an SME for reports subscriptions and notifications
• Ability to work and execute tasks independently & along deliverables with critical customer priorities
• Write custom SQL queries to create custom views by joining multiple datasets, and provide data insights per customer requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Develop standard data extracts, reports, analysis for senior leadership
• Collaborate with product, program, and engineers for periodical status reporting to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

• 2-3+ yrs experience with Salesforce CRM and Einstein Analytics
• Strong technical abilities (SQL), and experience working with database queries
• Expert knowledge in Tableau CRM functionalities - custom dashboard development , queries, pivot and compare tables, chart modes etc.,
• Experienced in data visualization to present customer and business trends, and convert complex queries into simplified visual representation
• Experienced in data analysis and report generations with excel and tableau
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to gather stakeholder and leadership requirements & work independently with minimal supervision
