Description and Requirements

We are currently looking to hire the newest Content Moderators (Ads Integrity Specialist) for our client, the most popular social media network for short-form videos. The Content Moderator (Ads Integrity Specialist) position is responsible for ensuring legal compliance and safety of monetized advertising content uploaded to the platform.

Note: This position will be working onsite at our Folsom, CA location. This is not a remote position.

Specific Responsibilities May Include:

• Evaluate content of advertisements by referring to Ads Review Guidelines and Desktop Procedure

• Uphold a high standard of accuracy and quality while fulfilling job responsibilities

• Participate in frequent refresher training to always conduct correct moderating policies

• Make suggestions for improving efficiency

• Cooperate with other businesses related functions to complete the designated work and handle temporary tasks

• Take regular working summary and reflection, continuously review and improve the performance on both quality and efficiency, and bring timely feedback of the issues and optimization opportunities found in the work

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated stable job tenure

• Social media savvy

• Ability to to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs

• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience

• Accurate and critical work attitude

• Proclivity towards complying with procedures, policies and objectives set in place and taking a disciplined approach when undertaking tasks

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail

• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions

• Collaborative and has a growth mindset

• Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions

• Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines

• Experience in content or community moderation is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Available to work full-time shifts within 24/7 operating hours
