Reporting to the Director of Sales for Walmart Snacking & Sam's Club, the Customer Business Lead will plan, develop, and implement business-creating initiatives by working with cross-functional areas of the company and the customer to achieve company objectives and priorities that are aligned with customer objectives. He/she will establish goals and objectives for Walmart's Fruit Snack & Bake Center businesses within Snacking in order to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for the company.

• Responsible for creating and retaining long-term supportive customer relationships with Walmart, ensuring they receive high-quality customer service
• Develop and implement effective business planning & strategies for current and anticipated needs to achieve profitable business relationships with Walmart
• Develops, maintains, and adheres to operating budgets and trade spending plans
• Demonstrates the ability to create, define and present contingency plans in order to maximize growth in both revenue and margin
• Achieves revenue and profitable growth at Walmart with Fruit Snacks & Bake Center
• Possess detailed product knowledge as well as a thorough knowledge of Walmart's business
• Participate and provide support around in JBP's, QBR, and Innovation Summits
• Develops and presents customer programs to multiple levels of management
• Participates in department and interdepartmental planning & works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
• Establishes collaborative relationships, both internally and externally, to deliver results against specified strategic objectives
• Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills that will make you successful

• Self-starter who is proactive and identifies critical business threats and opportunities with the drive and influence to collaboratively pursue initiatives
• Ability to apply a high level of analytical rigor with the understanding of syndicated data, specifically IRI, as well as Retail Link to create fact-based presentations and recommendations
• Ability to develop and deliver first-class fact-based presentations internally and externally
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage the process effectively
• Must reside in the Northwest Arkansas market with the ability to travel as required

Experiences that will support your success

• Bachelor's degree or Masters Certification preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' of sales or sales-related experience working with Walmart
• Working knowledge of Walmart merchandising strategies & execution
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience working in an internal support role (ie. Sales Operations, Sales Strategy/Channel Marketing, or Category Management/Analytics) is a plus
