About the Role

  • Fully Remote Position
  • 40 Hours/Week
  • Partner with Practice Group Leaders, Sponsor Coverage Team Members, and Accounting/Finance Team Members
  • Hands-on-keyboard for reporting and compliance procedures within Salesforce and other CBIZ systems
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the Private Equity operating model for purposes of understanding how sponsor and portfolio company relationships impact internal reporting and compliance procedures
  • Review and maintain data quality and integrity of items input into Salesforce by PE Advisory Team Members
  • Perform CBIZ required conflict check procedures via Salesforce
  • Perform new project setup procedures via populating and/or transferring required information between Salesforce systems
  • Perform cross-serve reporting via CBIZ TRACS and BIRT tools
  • Perform monthly new project wins reporting via Salesforce
  • Assist with Logo and Tombstone maintenance for marketing purposes via Salesforce reporting
  • Assist with preparation of PE Advisory quarterly newsletter via data transcription

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in professional services environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School degree/GED required
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience; marketing experience helpful
  • Solid database management skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm desirable
  • Able to manage deadlines, work efficiently on multiple projects and prioritize assignments
