Summary:



The Crawler Crane Move Sheet Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of each crawler crane’s job activity, including when the crane will be assembled/disassembled, moved out to a job site, and returning from a job site. Through meticulous attention to detail, the Move Sheet Coordinator ensures all sales order details are loaded and maintained on the monthly Move Sheet. To ensure key stakeholders know what is happening with each crawler, the Coordinator will effectively communicate important details of each assembly and disassembly (A/D) prior to each activity. This includes all levels of administration and field operations. The Coordinator is also responsible for other tasks related each activity to meet company directives and quality standards.



Responsibilities:



The key areas of responsibility are:


* Manage the maintenance of the monthly Move Sheet to ensure all data fields are completed with accurate information, such as:


* Add a reference for each assembly, disassembly, reconfiguration and relocation of crawler equipment.
* List the responsible Transportation Coordinator.
* List all relevant information such as unit number, ship from, ship to and boom configurations.
* Ensure ALL email communication of jobs in Stored Rental status are added to the Move Sheet.
* Ensure ALL updates on email communication are maintained on the Move Sheet.
* Have ability and training to update or ensure addition of key information in sales orders such as to assign a crane unit or change a start or arrival date.
* Follow-up to ensure that capacity charts and Operators Manuals are sent to each job as appropriate for the crane configuration.
* Follow-up with Operations and Branch Management to ensure current yard inventories are loaded in the Branch Inventory folder.
* Field Crane Activity Communication


* Draft and distribute emails that detail designated key responsibilities for each assembly, disassembly, reconfiguration and relocation of crawler equipment.
* Communication distribution includes Billing, Transportation, Management, regional and branch personnel, Sales, and Safety personnel.
* Confirm with Sales that key data such as boom configurations, block and ball, upper boom point (UBP), 3rd drum and guides, etc. is present in the sales order before crafting and sending communications.
* Confirm if onsite prerequisites (orientation, drug screen, background check, OSHA training, etc.) have been completed and communicate to the Branch/Regional Crawler Manager
* Related Document Retention


* Track annual inspections, on/off-rent packs, and pictures have been uploaded to sales order system and team folders.
* Maintain Branch Communications and Assembly/Disassembly Director Listing, ensuring data is current

Skills & Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of crane components, configurations, and attachments is required.
* Experience with JDS and JCD a huge plus.
* Exceptional attention to detail is of utmost importance.
* Strong communication skills; able to effectively and concisely articulate thoughts, ideas, concerns, and needs.
* Highly organized; good project management skills.
* Works with a quiet sense of urgency and consistently meets deadlines.
* Stays a step ahead of what is happening today to mitigate challenges and ensure we are able to meet our commitments to our customers.
