Overview

This position is primarily responsible for directing the Company's treasury operations and controls, including cash and liquidity management, risk management, debt management, treasury reporting, debt and stock offerings and special projects as assigned. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the Company's banking relationships with its investment and commercial banking partners. Further, the role will be involved in planning and budgeting activities, risk management actions, and creating quarterly earnings materials such as press releases and earnings conference presentations.

The Treasurer will also work closely with other professionals on the Finance Team including the CFO, FP&A and Accounting as well as members of the Company's Legal, Risk Management and Operations Teams.

The ideal candidate has an excellent reputation for trust and confidence and is detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a very strong working knowledge of commercial banking and treasury policies and procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily treasury functions, ensures all cash, liquidity and treasury management policies and controls are documented and strictly followed by the Company.
  • • Develops, maintains, updates, and reviews the Company's cash flow models together with how these models intersect and tie into other Company business plans and financing models.
  • • Supports the CFO in connection with forecasting cash payments, progressing specific financial projects, and making decisions on the Company finances and impact of new business ventures.
  • • Manages relationships with the Company's bank groups, lenders, bondholders, lien holders, risk and insurance professionals, merchant card processors and other key strategic partners/vendors.
  • • Becomes a subject matter expert on all indentures and credit facilities in which the Company is involved, and all related compliance activities; develops tools to track loan/indenture compliance, financial covenant positions and financial trends, among other things.
  • • Maintains a strong knowledge of the Company's corporate organizational structure and capital structure of various affiliated corporate entities.
  • • Works closely with other members of the Company's Finance Team on matters including but not limited to accounting, planning, reporting, procurement, and field finance.
  • • Stays current with banking regulations, practices and trends.
  • • Undertakes risk management activities to protect the Company's financial well-being.
  • • Takes the lead on ad-hoc analysis, creates presentations to be used for discussions with Management, Board of Directors, and external parties.

Education & Experience

  • • Bachelor's Degree in finance and/or accounting
  • • MBA preferred
  • • CTP certification preferred
  • • 8+ years of industry or corporate banking experience in a treasury environment
  • • Extensive experience managing complex indenture/loan agreements and covenant compliance
  • • Experience in managing banking and merchant card processing relationships
