We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations, Technology Specialist with a deep understanding of data, sales process, technology, and sales productivity to maximize our technology investment in the achievement of sales targets and business strategy. To be successful you will need a strong technical background, have a very high attention to detail, enjoy cross-department collaboration, understand business requirements, and effectively deliver results to our internal stakeholders.

This position will be a shared resource across the Cotton enterprise and will need to ensure the correct balance of standardization and uniqueness is meant. He/she will also be responsible for the development & execution of a sales technology onboarding process as Cotton continues to grow inorganically.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technology: At its core this role will be responsible for the strategic direction & maximization of the Commercial Team's investment in technology.
  • CRM Improvements: Develop & collect business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them business use cases & stories.
  • Deconfliction: Resolve cross-business conflicts in a way to both enable the uniqueness of the business segment while maximizing synergies.
  • Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain sales systems data quality/integrity across all used CRM objects. Report monthly on the health of data.
  • Change Management / Adoption: Deliver utilization of both current and new features. Report monthly on progress to target.
  • Reporting / PowerBI: Build, distribute, and manage Sales Operation's key dashboard (Sales Coach) that supports the metrics/insights needed by the Sales Organization.
  • User Training: Develop and conduct sales training related to the CRM and PowerBI dashboards across the Cotton Enterprise. Utilize the broader Sales Ops organization as needed.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Work with all other function that support the sales organization to ensure airtight operations from inquiry to cash collection.

Background Requirements:
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards (Visualization & Measures)
  • Knowledge of analytics techniques with a genuine curiosity for uncovering shifts in performance
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements with a flexible and creative approach to brainstorming, troubleshooting, and problem solving

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics or related field or equivalent experience

Experience:
  • 5+ Years' experience with CRM and Business Intelligence software
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards (Visualization & Measures)
  • Experience/knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
