PURPOSE:
The Mishkon Division provides supports and services in a healthy and safe environment for individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities living in residential programs and in community settings. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Residential Coordinator supervises multiple residential apartments/homes. He/she has clinical and administrative oversight of the Residential programs. The Residential Coordinator is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) serving adults with developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the Residential Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the programs in line with the OPWDD regulations and Director's instructions and ensures consistent and appropriate program coverage.

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in Human Services or Related Field
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE:
A minimum of five (5) years working with the I/DD Population as well as five (5) year of supervisory experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, EHR, Electronic reporting system, and Electronic payroll software.
