Our client, an extremely impactful non-profit organization, is seeking a contract Administrative Assistant to provide highly attentive administrative support to their executive suite here in Philly! This position will play an integral role in the affairs of multiple C-level executives. Expert organizational skills are a must have!

About You:

  • 4+ years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree highly required
  • Prior experience in a non-profit environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, showcasing professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Incredible ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exhibit grace under pressure and creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Day to Day:

  • Serve as main source of support to executive suite, including the CEO, by ensuring meetings are scheduled accordingly, expenses are processed properly, and additional projects are handled with accuracy
  • Calendar management with coordination of internal and external meetings including conferences, events, and presentations
  • Consistently coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including planning and logistics for team members
  • Ability to assist with phone coverage and other gatekeeping duties, including email correspondence
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects

This contract opportunity is operating on a hybrid schedule and will report into the office three days a week. This position is paying up to $30/hour depending on experience.
