Responsibilities / What success looks like in this role:

• Use your mastery of a range of market research methodologies to design and deliver custom research projects - from study design, data collection and analysis, to reporting
• Design, manage, and execute market research programs, both qualitative and quantitative, including brand tracking, consumer usage, attitude studies, ad testing, product testing, fieldwork, and ethnographies
• Manage suppliers, optimize processes, and evaluate new opportunities and tools that add insight value to the organization
• Strategic thinker with experience interpreting multiple points of data, identifying the trends and insights story to provide relevant recommendations
• Effective communication and storytelling that allows for swift action and drives growth
• Own relationships and lead collaboration across multiple functional, business, product, and marketing teams
• Successfully lead multiple projects while balancing speed, timelines, and budgets.

Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews preferred
• Plan, develop, and/or conduct quantitative studies, including determining survey objectives, questionnaire development, analyzing and interpreting survey data, and presenting the data in meaningful and understandable language and visualizations
• Experience working with statistical metrics
• Very comfortable conducting business analysis on product performance and competitive landscape
• Attention to detail with the capability to understand/see the big picture and market trends
• Able to work independently as well as being a true team player - strong relationship and influence management skills, working with internal and external parties, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics or similar field. An MBA is a plus
