Consultancy Operations Executive

Ascend by Cirium is seeking an enthusiastic Consultancy Operations Executive to join our US team. Based in the New York office, this is an exciting opportunity within the Consultancy department, to work alongside colleagues across our London, New York, and Hong Kong offices, as part of a diverse group of over 30 staff whose work is recognised as market-leading and industry influencing.

You will be working for one of the world's most agile and innovative companies, at the forefront of the commercial aviation industry, with decades of experience. Cirium's powerful data and analytics, as well as human know-how are instrumental in supporting the world's biggest airlines, airports, tech giants, aircraft manufacturers, lessors and financial institutions.

What You'll do

As a Consultancy Operations Executive you will work as part of the global operations team responsible for supporting the delivery of all Consultancy products and outputs. Working collaboratively with the your Operations colleagues you will be organising the incoming workflow, ensuring valuation and advisory projects are successful completed by managing them through the administrative processes from their initiation and, be responsible for distributing final outputs to clients on behalf of Ascend by Cirium. You will become a key contributor to the success of the Consultancy.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist the Management team in fulfilling internal reporting commitments, support in the creation and delivery of our media outputs to clients and the wider industry, as well as, providing operational expertise for any ad hoc tasks that arise during the course of our business.

Skills and Experience

A Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential. Key skills required include:

• Service orientation with a stakeholder focused approach supported by good interpersonal oral and written communication skills
• Able to organise and prioritise work effectively to deliver to meet a range of deadlines
• Able to work with limited supervision

Key experience required:

• Administrative, operational and/or customer service experience
• Database entry and management
• Experience working around a consultancy environment advantageous
• Salesforce and Confluence/Jira experience desirable but not essential
• Interest in the aviation industry would be desirable but not essential
