The Concierge is responsible for being the point of contact for hotel guests who seek guidance and assistance in booking reservations and adventures during their stay. Duties are typically related to arranging special events and tours and helping guests by giving information about hotel restaurants and services as well as local points of interest. A strong knowledge of Keys tourist attractions, fishing excursions and shopping is required.
We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. Our goal is to make each guest feel like they are a welcomed friend. We look for team players who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
