Les équipes de cette activité contribuent à la collecte, au tri, au démantèlement, au recyclage, à la valorisation et la commercialisation de nouvelles ressources et des services spécialisés sur sites et industriels.

The Compensation Manager will be an integral and highly valued member of the HR team for SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS). With a focus on North America, you will help create and execute our compensation strategy across all levels of WTS. More broadly, you will work with leadership to ensure the total rewards program aligns to the collective WTS strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and manage compensation strategy and programs for an industry-leader in environmental services. This will include supporting our ~4,000 employees in North America on merit, bonus and overall salary structure that support our pay for performance compensation philosophy. This role will also interact with leaders at various levels of the organization, including senior executives, making key recommendations and proposals to build an impactful overall strategy and program. A key early project will be building out a formalized sales incentives process for our global salesforce population.

Sales Incentives

* Develops and implements a sales compensation process and policy to address operational needs and objectives

* Works closely with Global Leader of Compensation and Benefits to redesign sales incentive plans for entire WTS globally to ensure alignment with strategy and create a pay for performance orientation

Broad-Based Compensation

* Organizes and monitors compensation reporting, benchmarking, and audits

* Monitors shifting pay scales in the organization and makes recommendations in terms of compensation packages

* Leads the annual compensation review process including salary, bonus and LTI compensation recommendations and approvals.

* Leads the research, selection, and participation in compensation surveys, and ensure maximum ROI.

* Provides WTS management all the needed information, through market analysis and pay equity review to make best decisions

Annual and Long-Term Incentive Plans

* Investigate areas for improvement to current Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and Long-Term Incentive plan (LTI) including key plan features such as: eligibility, award levels, metrics and funding mechanisms

Job Evaluation

* Organizes the job evaluation process and ensures consistency amongst across WTS

* Undertakes job evaluations for key BU positions

* With the support of appropriate tools and methodologies, provides a clear and shared overview of the organization and roles within area of responsibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in broad-based compensation
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations and legislation related to employee compensation

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with sales incentive plans is a plus
  • Experience working with international compensation programs and/or experience in compensation consulting with strong knowledge of compensation design, application and theory
