Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Due Diligence

Beacon Hill is seeking an attorney to assist with the due diligence for title and survey work for various properties for a large deal firm. Candidates must be CA licensed and must have real estate transactional experience.

Duration: 1-2 months with potential extension

Start Date: Within the next 1-2 weeks

Hours: Vary depending on client needs, between 10-40 hours per week

Pay: $50-$55/hour DOE
