CNC Machinist

Primary Responsibilities

* Operate CNC lathes and manual machines
* Inspect parts for quality control
* Maintain and clean working environment in the machine shop area
* Attend department and company meetings
* Comply with company's business and human resources policies; work rules; safety, OSHA and MIOSHA requirements; quality standards; standard operating procedures; requirements and applicable local, State, and Federal regulations
* Perform other related duties as needed and assigned

Skills and Requirements

* High school diploma or GED
* Two years' experience necessary or Trade School graduate
* Ability to operate machinery such as CNC lathes, manual collet lathes, bridge ports, drill press; parts washer; metal cutting saw, belt sander
