Description: We are seeking a Clinical Admin Coordinator (with experience) for a fully remote position.

Location: Fully remote
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Work type: Contract

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing weekly assistance by phone to register for training and EVV application access and usage for all members who have Personal Care Attendant services.
• Weekly report reconciliation to send to the state and PCA Fiscal Intermediary provider related:
• Email addresses acquired/revised, member's engaged with training and registering for the EVV portal, noncompliance with training/EVV portal, exemptions for applicable members and member's who were transitioned to other services due to noncompliance.
• Work with PCM providers to schedule home visit to assist with registration of training/EVV application by PCM provider in strenuous circumstance.
• Transcribe lean application emails acquired in a report into the clinical system.
• Document member engagement withing the clinical system.
• What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?
• The candidate will have some knowledge of Home and Community Based services; exceptional customer service experience communicating using interpreter services. Some experience with utilizing Teams and excel.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience using the telephone and computer as primary instruments including Microsoft Teams
  
• 1+ years of healthcare administration and / or business administration experience
• 1+ years Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort, filter, and work within tables), Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management), Microsoft Teams
