What can you expect?
With responsibility for a team of client onboarding analysts, this Manager will partner directly with the Global and Regional Head of Client Onboarding to develop and design the client onboarding function, participate in the hiring of the newly formed onboarding analyst team, and lead the day to day operation of the onboarding function. In this critical role you will oversee processes, while partnering with the leadership team to manage the impact and delivery of change, and maximize process efficiencies. This is an opportunity to explore newer and better ways of maximizing operational leverage in order to continually deliver enhanced commercial value across internal stakeholders, and most critically, Marsh Clients.
