JOB DESCRIPTION

Intrado is looking to hire a Client Data Administrator in Mobile, AL or Longmont, CO to join our Life & Safety business segment. Do you love technology, installing or configuring software, are you self motivated? You'd be a great fit!

What do you do? Installing and configuring file transfer software to allow our healthcare customers the ability to send data for use in our platforms. Example- patient data sent to our automated text messaging system for appointment reminders.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for the timely installation of proprietary client data through the development, installation, and use of data transfer applications on the clients PC/server via remote desktop
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of technical capabilities and functionality of company platforms, systems, technologies, and applications in order to provide engaged and competent support to the cross functional teams (i.e., project coordination, sales, management, etc.), including interfacing directly with clients to provide escalated guidance of product functionality
  • Setting up customized interfaces between company software and client's Practice Management Systems (PMS) platform, ensuring efficiency of interfaces
  • Interfacing with prospective clients to evaluate and understand their program requirements from a functional and technical perspective, as needed and/or requested by the sales support staff; while maintaining adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education:

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational experience
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years technical support and/or customer service experience in a business to business environment required
    • Minimum 1-year notification systems or internal notification systems experience preferred
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working in the healthcare or technical industries preferred
  • Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.g. Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor's, etc.) may be substituted in lieu of equivalent work experience requirements.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
    • Intermediate understanding of programming language (e.g., XML, SQL) is preferred

  • For candidates located in Colorado, the hiring range for this position is anticipated between $17-20 hr and will be commensurate with experience
