Position Overview:

Motiva Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex (PAMC) hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join the Innovation team. The Business Systems Analyst is a critical role in ensuring consistent delivery of short and long-term innovation through training, custom applications, and automated reporting for data review and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and productionize Power BI reports for PAMC work teams
• Troubleshoot Power Bi reporting issues and work with end users on resolutions
• Support and develop custom applications built in power apps used in PAMC's business process
• Work with PAMC team leaders to digitize business processes
• Provide guidance on which processes should move to a custom app solution versus a market solution or retaining the current process
• Provide Power App troubleshooting support to users
• Assist Innovation Team with dashboarding development and data collection tools
• Prototype new ideas and examples for custom application and data reporting options
• Improve sitewide reporting tools and applications for more efficient data review and reporting

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum Requirements
  • Associates degree in engineering, computer science
  • Ability to motivate people and engage stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and respect
  • Strong Presentation Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Computer Science related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Systems Analyst role
  • Proven experience working in Microsoft Power Platform
