Position Summary:

This role will serve as the voice of Operations and will be actively involved in Dexcom's enterprise software system projects; primarily those related to the Manufacturing Execution System (Siemens OpCenter/Camstar MES)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between Manufacturing Operations and IT to deliver MES configuration updates
  • Provide guidance and support to MES users including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues
  • Interview internal/external users to define business process, document business requirements and translate into proper system requirements specifications, user stories in alignment with agile principals.
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements for new integration solutions and enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT developers to execute business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, MFG, QA, etc.) on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
  • Provide consistent updates to all cross-functional teams on integration project status.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience with Manufacturing Enterprise Applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (Camstar/Siemens OpCenter), Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle), Enterprise Asset Management (Maximo), etc.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) management.

Travel Required:

Up to 25%

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Masters degree and 0-2 years equivalent experience.

Exempt Salary Details:

The annual base salary range for this role is $61,900.00 to $103,100.00. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
