We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our regional sales team. Our field-based team members are rewarded with:

We set you up for success! After completing comprehensive training, you will serve as general manager of a single Franchise Performance Team (FPT) and have ultimate responsibility for the sales, profit, and turnover for the FPT. You will work hands-on with franchisees and direct company store reps to create sales goals and strategies, and coach franchisees and company store reps on the financial aspects of the business. You will advise them on product mix in order to maintain a balanced business in terms of cash flow, margins, revolving accounts, and extended credit. Business managers serve as leaders of their FPTs by providing direct supervision to all associate team members, and coaching to both them and to franchisees, while maintaining decision-making responsibility for their FPTs. Business Managers have the full support of the Snap-on regional team, and are regularly reviewed for progression opportunities within the region. With solid performance, they are typically progressed through additional roles in the field sales organization. What You Bring to the Team:

•High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
•Prior Snap-on sales experience as a franchisee or company store
•Proven ability to learn and follow a process
•Experience in collections, marketing, business operations, and asset management
•Strong product knowledge, including features and benefits
•Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationships
•Excellent customer service skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Willingness to travel extensively

•State driver's license that has been valid for the last 36 months, with no major violations, and no more than two minor violations in the three years prior to hire
